The machine features dual boilers—0.45L for brew and 1.05L for steam—allowing you to pull shots and steam milk without impacting the pressure or temperature of the other boiler. And with the option to use the included 4L water tank or directly plumb into your water line, you’ll be pulling shots without missing a beat.

An intuitive LED touch display enables you to manipulate the pressure and temperature for each boiler, giving unrivalled control for a home coffee machine. Live as it happens brewing parameters will be displayed in the screen to give you the feedback on how your espresso is brewing.

MN (E61 Lever)  vs DE (BZ-Group Volumetrics) Model

The Bezzera Duo offers an opportunity of choice between two group types: the classic E61 group activated by a lever, and heating using circulated hot water from the Boiler in through the group head interior  (MN model) 

Whereas the DE model—with Bezzera’s own BZ group—features two electronic heating elements that keep the entire group at a steady temperature while requiring virtually zero maintenance. The group also has its own PID (the third of the machine), so you can control the group temperature exactly for brewing precision. 

Pulling Shots With The Bezzera Duo

The DE model features four shot options above the group that can be tailored by volume to your preferred taste and extraction or simply run manually. The MN Duo’s E61 Lever group enables regular shot pulling with a simple on/off switch as you lift the lever up.

The cup warmer atop the machine ensures you never accidentally pull hot espresso into cold cups. And the 360° steam and hot water wands—accented with wood-grained handles and easy-touch control—make steaming milk for a cappuccino or flat white feel natural and easy.
