The Able Kone Filter is specifically designed to make Chemex coffee richer and creamier by allowing the coffee’s natural aromatic oils into your mug. The cone, being stainless steel, is eco-friendly as well, eliminating all paper waste from paper filters.

Basic Chemex Instructions:

• Grind 50g coffee at a medium-coarse setting and place in filter.
• Saturate the grounds with 60ml of hot water, then rest.
• After 30 seconds, pour the remaining 770ml in slow, concentric circles.
• Allow the brewed coffee to drain, clean the filter, and enjoy.

You can also make iced coffee by substituting hot water for ice cubes in the bottom of the carafe. The result is bright, sweet, and refreshing on a warm afternoon.
