Low Retention along with increased output and quality are achieved by professional grade features like the 65mm Diamond Burrs with use of Eureka’s Silent grinding technology. This state-of-the-art grinder is built to suit the needs of both barista level grinding and high volume espresso grinding, offering you precise control over your grind with stepless adjustments for optimal extraction.

An Adjustable hands-free portafilter rest using timed dosing allows full control over your usage, minimising waste. Grinds retention is kept to a minimum with close to a 0.1-0.2g variance on single dosing beans. The Mignon XL comes with a Barista mat kit that includes a grinder brush and tamp station to complete the ultimate home espresso set up.
