Pulling Shot on the Alex Duetto IV Plus

From the laser-etched precision IMS Filter basket and Shower screen, to the Naked Portafilter that included, getting a sense and feel of cafe quality perfection happens straight out of the box.

Powerful, insulated 0.8L Brew Boiler and a 1.5L Steam Boiler provide reliability to brew espresso and steam milk at the same time. Using a Shot timer and PID heating to ensure accuracy shot after shot.

Stable Temperatures on the E61 Grouphead

An espresso machine’s workflow and space is critical to supplying an enjoyable experience in making coffee. Izzo has focussed a lot of attention on designing a machine with more room across the drip, added height from the tray to the grouphead and extra clearance placed on the steam and hot water wands from the body of the machine. 

A Rotary Pump delivers consistent pressure to the group and is easily controllable from an external point on the machine’s outer body. With a Full Stainless Steel Body for durable long life protection and easy access for maintenance and plumbing connections to the main water supply, the Izzo Alex Duetto IV has the optimal features to provide consistent quality coffee day in and day out.
