The Lelit Anita with PID provides an additional level of control by letting you set the exact brewing and steaming temperatures through its TermoPID control panel. As you pull the shot, you’ll also be able to view the brewing pressure through the manometer. Even with the addition of PID, this version of the Anita remains as compact as ever.
