The grinder’s 65mm flat steel burrs deliver precise and consistent grounds for espresso every time. The grind setting can be adjusted using the front-facing stepless grind setting adjuster. Turn the knob to loosen the burrs, smoothly move it to a new setting, and tighten the knob again. It’s fast, it’s precise, and there’s no more accidentally pushing the collar too far.

The K30 Vario Air allows you to program dosing timers for both single and double shots. To grind, simply insert your portafilter into the dosing area and the grinder takes care of the rest. This hands-off design allows you to keep moving and helps you stay efficient. A cooling fan keeps the burrs from harming your beans with too much heat.
