The larger-than-usual 80mm flat steel burrs deliver espresso grounds at the forefront of uniformity and espresso, which leads to noticeably more balanced and sweeter shots. The stepless grind setting adjuster is improved to be even easier to use, now displaying micro-markings that help baristas make back-and-forth adjustments more smoothly than ever.

The Mahlkonig Peak allows you to program two dosing timers: single and double shots. The timer is accurate to the 0.01s and can be activated via the portafilter button for no-hands grinding.

The grinder body features dual fans that keep the grinder exceptionally cool to ensure there’s no ground damage. The generous 1.5kg hopper keeps you pulling shot for hours before needing a refill.
